Who May Not Be A Good Fit
At this time, Rise Point Living may not be appropriate for individuals who:
• Require 24-hour medical supervision
• Require skilled nursing care
• Require inpatient mental health treatment
• Require emergency shelter services
• Are unable to safely participate in an independent living environment

Who We May Be Able to Help
- Individuals experiencing housing instability
- People transitioning from shelters
- SSI/SSDI recipients
- Veterans
- Re-entry populations
- Individuals referred by agencies
Basic Requirements
- Ability to live independently or with minimal support
- Income source preferred (employment, SSI/SSDI, pension, veteran benefits, etc.)
- Willingness to follow house guidelines and community expectations
- Completion of the application process
- Participation in an interview if requested
Additional eligibility factors may be considered based on housing availability, program requirements, and individual circumstances.
